What I Do:

I lead my team by creating clear structure, raising  performance standards, and developing people into confident, capable sales professionals. I focus on building strong systems, and real accountability—because when those things are in place, teams don’t just work harder, they work smarter and more consistently.

Why It Matters:

Sales is more than hitting a number. It’s about mindset, confidence, and understanding the purpose behind what we do. I help people push past their mental barriers, stay locked in, and build the resilience needed to win each day. My goal is to create an environment where discipline and opportunity meet, and where every person feels equipped to succeed.

My Background:

Grew up on the Central Coast of California and began my career studying Business Administration while running my own luxury auto detailing and pressure-washing business. Eventually, I decided to move to Arlington, Texas, to take try a new challenge in the energy industry with Just Energy. Since I’ve moved, I’ve gotten experience through the various roles and developed a leadership style centered around coaching, accountability, and leading from the front.

My Background:

Originally from Grover Beach California, I attended Cuesta College studying Business and Marketing, I also worked at a High end catering company as a chef. After getting great experience and perspective there, I moved to Texas for the opportunity to take an exciting opportunity in the energy market for Just Energy. Over my career in corporate sales, I’ve developed a hands-on approach to coaching and mentoring, guiding team members to achieve their goals while maintaining a positive, customer-focused mindset.

My Career began in retail where I learned the foundation of customer experience and communication. Those early experiences shaped my understanding of people leading me to corporate training.
